Meet Ryan

Massage Therapist (Deep Tissue Neuromuscular, Swedish, Sport, Shiatsu) Reiki and Sound Therapy Practitioner, Meditation Instructor, Musician.

Graduated 2013 from The Massage School 63 Wareham St. Boston, MA 02118

Practitioner in Joshua Tree, CA: 2015-2024

Currently practicing in Montpelier, VT since August 2024

The philosophy of my practice is to provide practical solutions of massage and body work therapy for relaxation, assist in muscle tissue injury recovery, to achieve a degree of relief for people in chronic pain, improve range of motion and mobility for those with traumatic injury (with a doctor's recommendation of course) and improve circulation of blood.

Massage has been such an important part of my life, not only as a therapist but as a client as well. Before discovering massage I experienced debilitating low back pain that kept me from working and enjoying life. I now receive massage regularly as well as perform daily home stretches and strengthening which have helped me tremendously. My goal is to share the knowledge and skills I have acquired so that I may do the same for you.

I utilize sound meditation to passively aid the mind and body into deeper states of relaxation and foster the optimal conditions for the body to heal itself. From the perspective of education, I aim to give people the most practical and approachable techniques of meditation. Sound meditation has changed my life by giving me space for healthy emotional processing, creative clarity and problem solving, insight into the mysteries of my own mind, patience in the face of conflict, unbound inspiration and much more. With my practice I hope to inspire, educate and share my experiences with others.

By offering these two philosophies I feel I am giving my clients two helpful modalities of healing to incorporate into their own evolving lifestyles.
